that you are submitting royalty-free at any area of this site and
we may use it in any derivative work in any medium. We agree to publish
your name, as provided by you, along with the posted story. Furthermore,

include it with your story. Please send a .jpeg/.jpg (or .gif) attached
to your Embryo Donation Story e-mail submission. Please note that the maximum
photo file size should not exceed 50kb and also you will need to
re-size your image to a format suitable for web publication. If your
photo was professionally taken, you will need to have written
permission from the photographer for us to use the photo on this site.
